Abstract

This research aims to highlight the importance of corporate social and ethical responsibility in adopting sustainable development. This is because corporate social and moral responsibility is a safety valve that countries worldwide seek to implement and strengthen to achieve greater prosperity for their people, protect the environment, and preserve nature. Algeria, like other Arab and African countries, is witnessing a modest application of corporate social responsibility. We will try to find out the extent of openness to corporate social responsibility and measure this aspect of Companies on the one hand and to know the most important motives that encourage Algerian Companies to adhere to social and moral responsibility on the other hand.
