Abstract

This study comes to know the reality and actual performance of all Arab stock exchanges through the obstacles they face, especially with regard to the regulatory and legislative processes regulating the work of these markets. The Gulf financial markets were the most affected by the crisis, resulting in openness to the US stock exchange compared to other Arab financial markets.
