Abstract

This study aims to know the most important barriers faced by the Gumhouri bank in Libya in applying for partnership (Musharaka) and to achieve the study's objectives. The researchers adopted the descriptive-analytical analysis using the questionnaire as a tool for study data collection. It was distributed to a sample of (54) individuals, and the data of this study were analyzed. Besides, its hypnosis was examined by applying the most suitable descriptive statistical analysis using a statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). Some conclusions were reached that may contribute to recognising the barriers and put some recommendations in the same frameworks.
