Abstract

The study aimed to identify the improvement according to ISO 9001: 2015 and its role in building a smart organization. A descriptive-analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was employed as the primary tool for collecting data from the study sample consisting of administrative position holders and employees related to the subject of the study in Palestinian Telecom Group companies (Paltel, Jawwal, and Hadara). A total of 122 questionnaires were distributed. One hundred fourteen were retrieved, and the valid questionnaires for the statistical analysis reached (110) a percentage (90.16%). The data was analyzed using SPSS. The results of the study showed that the Palestinian Telecom Group companies achieved a rate of (75.15%) which is a good percentage of implementation of the improvement according to ISO 9001:2015 in these companies. There is a statistically significant positive relationship between the improvement according to ISO 9001: 2015 and building a smart organization. There is a statistically significant effect of improvement according to ISO 9001: 2015 in building a smart organization.
